🚚 運送方式
現場取貨
根據您所購買的活動周邊商品，請於活動當天前往指定地點現場領取。具體領取時間、地點及相關細節，請密切留意活動最新通告與公告。
香港本地郵寄
所有商品均由香港寄出。商品將於您完成購買後 2 個月內 安排寄出。本地運送一律採用順豐速遞（SF Express）。
國際郵寄
所有商品均由香港寄出。商品將於您完成購買後 2 個月內 安排寄出。國際運費將根據您所在地區及商品的總重量自動計算。
🔄 退換貨政策及重要注意事項
1 全程開箱錄影
收到貨品後，從收貨簽收至開箱過程 請全程錄影。 若商品有任何瑕疵或錯漏，請務必提供此 「完整且無剪輯之開箱影片」 作為證明聯絡本店客服，以便我們進行後續安排。
2 不接受退換貨之情況
商品簽收後，若因個人因素（如款式不喜歡、買錯型號等）要求換貨，或者因人為蓄意/疏忽造成的損壞，恕不接受退換貨申請。

🚚 Shipping Methods
On-Site Pickup
Depending on the event merchandise you purchased, items can be collected in person on the day of the event. For specific details regarding pickup location, times, and instructions, please refer to the latest event announcements.
HK Local Delivery
All items are shipped from Hong Kong. Orders will be dispatched within 2 months after purchase. Local deliveries will be shipped via SF Express.
International Shipping
All items are shipped from Hong Kong. Orders will be dispatched within 2 months after purchase. International shipping costs will be calculated based on your destination country/region and the total weight of the merchandise.
🔄 Return Policy & Critical Notice
1 Complete Unboxing Video Required
Please record a video continuously from the exact moment of signing/receiving the parcel to the complete unboxing process. If there are any issues, defects, or missing items, this unedited video must be provided as definitive evidence for us to make further arrangements.
2 Non-Returnable Conditions
Return or exchange requests will NOT be accepted for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection) or for any damage caused after the items have been signed for.

Your browsing and purchasing behaviors on the shopnasium platform are governed and protected by shopnasium’s User Agreement, Privacy Policy, the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR"), and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ("CISG", i.e., the Cross-Border Sale of Goods Treaty).
Product packaging, labeling, manuals, and safety warnings may not include the language version or meet the specific technical standards of your destination country/region. If these differ from your local usage habits or standards, please purchase with caution.
